Submit Your Abstract

YOSACON 2026 strongly encourages the submission of abstracts, invited under the following two categories.
Oral presentations of original research, delivered live to the scientific audience and judged for medal categories.
Visual presentation of research findings across orthopaedic sub-specialities as an e-poster.
Abstract documents must be submitted in PDF, DOC, or DOCX format (maximum 5 MB), using Times New Roman font, size 12 pt.
The abstract should not exceed 500 words, structured across research question, methodology, results, and conclusion.
Abstracts submitted or presented at other National or International scientific meetings will not be accepted.
Do not include the names of authors, co-authors, institutions, or any identifying information within the abstract document. Author details are entered only in the submission portal.
The Organising Committee reserves the right to change the format of presentation (Oral / E-Poster) or reject abstracts that do not meet the required standards.
Abstracts are judged solely on the data submitted and considered for the medal category based on blinded reviews.
The Scientific Committee reviews all submissions. Notifications of acceptance or rejection are sent by email to the approved presenter.
Full papers of shortlisted abstracts must be submitted within two weeks of notification, following author guidelines.
All selected abstracts will be published as abstracts in the official conference proceedings.
Selected full papers will be considered for publication after successfully passing the peer-review process.
